What’s the rule on chewing gum during a fast?

Totally allowed (my opinion of course) I think it's GREAT and makes you NOT want to eat! Just keep praying on the down chew.
allowed for sure...unless you are swallowing it, but that isnt a good idea.
Allowed; and good choice on the 5 gum...it is currently my favorite !!!
