    So, how does this translate to our church setting?
    - We are run by a large number of volunteers.
    (How do we let those volunteers be self directed?)

    - We have a very transcendent purpose.
    (Do we need to raise the value on purpose so we see more and better ideas/work from volunteers?)

    What are your thoughts?
